UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN (UBA) is a flagship programme of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India. We formed a UBA cell with all our faculties and students in the academic year of 2021–2022. It is to enable higher educational institutions to work with the people of rural India in identifying development challenges and evolving appropriate solutions for accelerating sustainable growth. We, at Karthikeya Polytechnic College, are participating in UBA and have adopted five villages for their development in collaboration with the district administration. The villages are KANNUDAYANPATTY, PANNAPATTY, THATHANUR, THOPPAMPATTY, and THOGAMALAI.
