KPC Training and Placement Centre has a top prior role in guiding our students to achieve their best careers. Our development centre also facilitates the training activities with the help of corporate experts, trainers and alumni.

We have MOU with the top industries to provide on campus job opportunities & internship training program for our students. Since our students prove their quality levels, the top tier Industries always prefer to visit our institution for campus recruitment every year.

The office liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc which conduct campus interviews and select diploma students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Office provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, test and interviews. The Office interacts with many industries in around the Tamilnadu, of which nearly 20 companies visit the campus for holding campus interviews every year. We feel honoured by the following industries that have conducted campus interviews and recruited our students.

A. Placement Cell Activities

The training and Placement cell is working as a team to team to reduce the gap between the campus and corporate. Various activities are carried out to make them more employable as per the current scenario. The activities are,

Providing adequate employment interviews
Arranging ON / OFF campus interviews
Arranging in – plant training and industrial visits
Imparting personality development programs
Providing facilities to students to take up competitive examinations
Emphasizing on training in reputed firms for students during vacations
The cell has a good track record in placing students in various reputed organizations

B. Pre-Placement Activities

Training in Aptitude & problem solving skills
Spoken English Course for mediocre and Tamil medium students
Personality development programme Leadership and Motivation Skills
Soft Skills Training (Creativity, Motivation, Leadership, Group Dynamics and Body Language, Team Building)
Interview Skills and Mock Interview

Special courses are conducted by the training experts in General Aptitude, Technical Aptitude, Group Discussion, Quantitative, Reasoning, etc. It functions under the supervision of a full time Training and Placement Officer. The number of students who have placed is continuously rising every year.
